Preparations to make before our arrival
After you have a confirmed schedule for your Phantasia's fundraising
event, you will be contacted for placing your promotional material order
at no charge. At this time you will need to provide: date, hours,
location, and auxiliary sponsors. If your sale includes payroll
deduction, you may wish to include that information as well.
Our set-up takes 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the event
location. We prefer to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 on the day before
the sale for setting up. Please have someone available to meet us at
that time to show us to our location, where to unload, and where to
park.
We ask you to have that area clear of furniture, chairs, and tables
other than those provided for the sale set up.
Remember, all of Phantasia's teams are flexible and are capable of
setting around stationary obstructions and anything that may have to be
pushed to one side.
Volunteer assistance for set up or tear down is not needed. As you can
imagine, we have a well rehearsed procedure and order that works like
clockwork for both of these phases of a sale. |
