Your hospital designates the area that is used for the fundraising
events. We come in the day before, if possible, around 2 or 3 pm
preferably to setup. All you are required to furnish is the tables and
the room for which the event will be held. We furnish everything else.
We skirt the tables, assemble the lighting, setup the jewelry, and if
the room is lockable we will need a key to the room. If the room is not
lockable we will hire a security guard to watch the jewelry overnight.
Sale hours are generally 7 am to 4 pm unless under special
circumstances. Volunteers are welcome to help with the pay table and
will receive a compensation of 2 pieces of jewelry per shift. Really,
all you are required to do is accept our fundraiser.
You make the call, we will handle the rest. We also provide all
promotional material for the show.
